Pink Ribbon House proceeds benefit Breast Center
Pink Ribbon HouseSM ’04 was completed
in October 2004, in conjunction with National Breast Care Awareness Month.
A portion of the funds from the sale of the house will support breast cancer
research.
Proceeds from sponsors, individual donations, gifts in-kind, and special event and tour tickets will provide additional support.
The fundraising efforts were chaired by Rebecca J. Rush and co-chaired by Connie Haddox. Not only are Janice and Bob McNair the honorary chairmen of the event and longtime breast cancer awareness advocates, but Janice McNair is also a 15-year cancer survivor.
Located at 7907 South Rice Blvd. in Bellaire, the Pink Ribbon HouseSM was built by R. Hassell Properties, Inc. and listed by Mary Dee Neal and Ray Holtzapple.
The Houston Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers has provided talented professional interior designers to decorate the home, which was included as an ASID Showcase Home for 2004.
